Screen Machine: In House Highly Customisable Garment Decoration
In 1985, fresh from completing an arts degree, Simon Kay wanted to use his skills and knowledge in his creative field to start a business. Consequently he created Screen Machine, a screen process printing company that would offer companies a way to promote, advertise and smarten up their businesses via the means of corporate clothing and promotional goods. Screen Machine would also provide a service to creative minds giving them the option of another kind of media to portray their artwork on.
Screen Machine started in a garage with basic equipment but grew steadily into the company that it is now. Today Screen Machine is based in an ideally sized premises that houses a 6 head embroidery machine, screen printing carousels, t-shirt drying equipment, CAD cut transfer machines, screen development machinery and artwork/administration offices.
This has all been built up over many years during which time Screen Machine has seen many rival companies come and go. The success of Screen Machine has to be put down to one major factor: In house decoration processes. Many of our rivals don’t have the skills and experience necessary and consequently don’t have this direct control over the quality of the finished product. Production times may also suffer for these companies deeming them only “middle men” who add on un-necessary costs for themselves.
From start to finish Screen Machine has every base covered, all in house, from art working to finished product.
Screen Machine’s in house decoration processes are ideal for t-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, work wear, sportswear and many other work and promotional garments that can all be fully customised by our experienced work team.
