Decoration Processes
Emroidery
A design stitched directly on to the garment. Our work team can transfer artwork into a digitized embroidery design that is electronically processed by our in house 6 head embroidery machine. Ideal for sports club badges and breast sized company logos and branding.
Our embroidery digitizing team can make a design come to life with different textures and stitch patterns that are built into the design during the art working process.
Screen Printing
An age old traditional process that uses a woven mesh to support an ink blocking stencil. A squeegee is moved across the screen stencil forcing ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open, non stencilled areas.
Originating in China during the Song Dynasty screen printing would be better described as a skill rather than a process and it can take some time to learn the correct technique and dexterity that’s involved.
Best suited for a wide range of images to be printed on garments such as t-shirts and sweatshirts. Very detailed images can be produced due to our experienced in house artwork team.
Transfers
Heat pressed transfers are produced via a CAD cutting process where artwork is sent directly to our CAD cutting machine from a computer. The artwork is manipulated so that this machine cuts an outline of the design on to a piece of thermoweldable material that is then pressed directly onto a garment.
Ideal for sports shirt numbers and sponsors as well as t-shirt and sweatshirt images, caps, work wear such as overalls, nylon jackets and bags.
