How To Order

We are based in Whitstable, Kent so if you are nearby please come and visit us to discuss your order or garment needs and to also view samples and detailed product catalogues. We will be able to advise you on costs and also ways to maximise the look and effect of you artwork and finished garment.
Also we are happy to take email, postal and fax orders as well as give advice by telephone.

Payment

We will require a 50% deposit when you place your order and the remaining balance when your job is ready for collection or shipping.

We accept most major credit/debit cards as well as cheques.

Turnaround

All jobs will take no longer than 10 working days.

We can sometimes process rush jobs needed in 5 working days or less but these will be subject to a 25% surcharge.

Any changes that you make to your order may delay completion and may incur further charges.
